  ADMISSION PROCEDURE

We are proud of the caliber of our staff and the work that they do; we are even prouder of the students with whom we work day by day.  At The AVM School we have strived to make our admission process as simple as possible to ensure that all prospective parents enjoy a stress free application experience.

Step 1:    Admission Enquiry:

Visit the school admissions office. Our counsellor will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.

Step 2:      The parents are requested to visit the school Admission Office to collect the admission form. The admission form will be issused from the month of January till March. The application form will be Rs.500 . Kindly carry one latest Passport size photo of the child and along with self-attested  Date of  Birth certificate and Aadhar card xerox. Once the form is filled please submit the form along with the certificate to the school office.

Step 3:      School Visit & Interaction with the Admin officers, Parents / Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution.You can ask questions and collect any information whatever its required. This can be done by fixing a prior appointment with the department through mail at anathavallimatricschool@gmail.com or telephone 044-47467622 , 8012518422.

Step 4:      For the Form submission ,The parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order. Last date to submit the form is April 30 along with the admission fee. Kindly intimate the school in case your child requires some special assistance due to any health reasons.

Eligibility criteria: Class Entry Age (particularly for KG)

Pre-KG      2.5+ (on or before June 30)

LKG           3.5+  (on or before June 30)

UKG          4.5 +  (on or before June 30)

The following documents need to be submitted along with the Admission Form.

List of documents required at the time of admission:

1) Copy of the Birth Certificate

2) Evidence of having graduated from the previous class.

3) Copy of Aadhar card

4) 1 photograph of student

5) Original TC from the previous school (for students seeking admission from class 2 onwards), if available

6) Proof of residence

Acceptance of Admission :

  1. Students are admitted on the basis of entrance examination format.
  • LKG & UKG –           Oral test
  • I – IX –           Entrance exam for 100 marks. (each subject 20 marks)
  • XI –           Based on 10th public marks
  1. The entrance exam will be conducted on every Saturday on the month of February and March . The timings will be from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
  2. Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within 7 days of the declaration of the result.
  3. The school reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the Admission Department will be final.
  4. Parents will be intimated of the date and time of uniform & textbook issue .
  5. The time table for your ward will be handed over to your ward by the Class Teacher.

Step 5 :      Parent Orientation Program:

There will be a parent orientation program before the beginning of the new academic session
